Be part of our Secret Concert at Lyveden this summer.

Saturday 23 June, 7.30pm

Presented in partnership with the National Trust and The Come and Sing Company.

Lyveden’s Tudor gardens are full of hidden symbols and architectural clues.  They represent one person’s expression of his beliefs during a time of great instability, change and danger.

With an open-air concert programme of music by William Byrd and Thomas Tallis, powerful slave spirituals and Syrian folk songs, Secret Concert at Lyveden is a celebration of music as a force for change and freedom of expression.

We invite you to engage with themes across four hundred years that burn just as brightly today and wonder to yourself…what do I stand for in these turbulent times?
