After a research and development period in 2017 we presented a work-in-progress performance of Planted Symphony; a new garden music installation we are currently developing in partnership with Drake Music, leaders in music, disability and technology.

Part of Liberty Festival 2017 at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, with plans to develop Planted Symphony into a full performance for tour to many more locations across the UK.

Planted Symphony is an interactive, playful, music-led performance, where the audience become players in an orchestra as they move through sonic areas; strings, voice and percussion.

Created by Special Education Needs and Disabled children and young people for audiences of all ages and abilities to enjoy, and using bespoke Assistive Music Technology (AMT) to breathe into, jump onto, wave over, tap, press and pluck, with trees, arbors, plants, flowers and garden furniture.

Planted Symphony is an accessible creative installation to make the garden sing.
